My name is Gilda and I'm the head baker at Silk Road Bakery.
My bakery was born at home - burnt smells, crying laughs, spilled ingredients all over the counter top and floor. My family has a deep love for desserts and the traditions of Filipino and Persian sweets - we’re baking more than just cookies and breads... we’re baking memories. With the help of my kids and friends , every treat is made with heart, heritage, and joy we’re proud to share.
